Password Generator in Keepass tip, there’s a great password vault called Keepass I use that has a great option.  You can setup the characters used in generating passwords, and exclude characters like lower case L and the number 1 for instance.   Here’s a look at the exclude characters list I have used since 2000 or so  gijloqsyz1GIJLOQSYZ0  to make things LOTS easier done when sending passwords to users and to avoid the “Is that a zero or and “O” in that password” and that will save you time.  Keepass doesn’t store information in the cloud, it stores your vault locally on a USB stick of your choice.  http://keepass.info/ is the URL , click Downloads, and the Professional Edition>Portable  

Download this ZIP package and unpack it to your favorite location (USB stick, …). KeePass runs without any additional installation and won’t store any settings outside the application directory.

Supported operating systems:

Prerequisites:
Microsoft .NET Framework ≥ 2.0 (already included in Windows Vista and higher) or Mono ≥ 2.6.
