Selling on Facebook Marketplace?

Scammers want you to verify your identity on Facebook Marketplace, but it’s just a way for you to become part of their multi-step scheme.
Scammers are now trying to make you prove who you are in a multi-step scam. They’ll send you a text message with a six-digit Google Voice verification code and ask you for that code. If you give it to them, they’ll try to use it to create a Google Voice number linked to your phone number.

This happened to me, almost I didn’t send the code back, and being suspicious I Googled about it and found this URL https://tinyurl.com/45auzuws

For the health of it

For the health of it is the title of this blog post born from the light bulb (one of four) burning out above the bathroom sink.   So, I went online got some energy efficient bulbs (a 4 pack) and replaced all 4 bulbs with the new LED bulbs.  Years ago I learned the Boeing (yes, that company) would replace ALL the bulbs in a building at once, instead of when they had some burn out from age.  So, 13 years eh?  What am I doing so I’ll be around in 13 years?  Or what are you doing?  I am cutting down on sweets.   Contact Guy R Cook

Don’t be too handy

Don’t be too handy  – When the wife’s lamp, by her ‘spot’ stops working, try 2 bulbs in the lamp if the first one doesn’t work, it might be a bad bulb that you grabbed from “that box in the laundry room cupboard” and thought it would work, try another bulb before spending over $20 on lamp parts and rebuilding the lamp. It’s a part of being older and wiser I’m guessing
