10 Usability studies from Steve Krug’s “Don’t Make Me Think”

In the coming month’s class I’m preparing called “Help your Website Everyday – Have A Right Start” part of that was presenting best practices for usability, and that research led me to this presentation, a book that to this day I refer people to so that they too won’t make me think. Here you go, look and then decide if you agree that this is indeed timeless information from Mr. Krug.
